Parking and Driving
Free parking is offered after 6 p.m. at Bellevue Square. Visitors may also gain quicker post-event access to Interstate 405 by parking in a pay lot east of Downtown Park. The park is immediately south of Bellevue Square at 10201 NE Fourth St. The City of Bellevue and the nonprofit Bellevue Downtown Association co-produce the Symetra Bellevue Family 4th.

The following streets near the park will be closed from approximately 9:45 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. -- 100th Avenue Northeast, between Northeast First and Northeast Fifth streets; and Northeast Fourth Street between 100th Avenue Northeast and Bellevue Way.

Eastbound traffic will be allowed on Northeast Fourth Street, from Bellevue Square to Bellevue Way, immediately after the fireworks display ends to facilitate drivers leaving the parking garages. However, travelers attending the festivities should be prepared for delays on local streets after the fireworks display.

Overlake Hospital Main Stage
Main Stage music performances begin at 4 p.m. Highlights include country singer/songwriter and Northwest native Jonathan Harris and the familiar sounds of dance and pop hits tribute band Lenny Epps Revue. The Bellevue Fire and Police Department Honor Guard will conduct the presentation and placement of colors and will be followed by the national anthem performed by student vocalists from Newport High School.

Bellevue Parks Family Fun Zone
The Family Fun Zone will open at 2 p.m. and entertain kids ages three and up with an array of games and activities, including carnival bouncers, slides, obstacle courses, a mountain climbing wall, jugglers, stilt walkers, mascot characters, balloon artists and face painting.

This year, the Eastside Heritage Center will also host old-fashioned picnic games and contests available free of charge to kids of all ages. Games get underway at 3 p.m. near the Symetra Community Spotlight Pavilion and will include a sack race, three-legged race, ping-pong ball spoon race,
bean bag toss, milk jug toss, tick-tack-toe and a hula-hoop competition.
