Girl Power at BYT, $10 per ticket (reserved seating)
Bellevue Youth Theatre presents an original play about the struggles and successes that young women face in life. Set in an all-girls school, the girls are assigned to research a famous woman from history. In the process, they find out how that woman is similar to themselves, and how they can all work together to become strong and successful women.

Performances are at Bellevue Youth Theatre, 16661 Northup Way
Friday, July 31 and August 7 at 7 p.m.
Saturday, August 1 and 8 at 7 p.m.
Sunday, August 2 and 9 at 2 p.m.

Dr. Doolittle at Meydenbauer Theatre, $10 per ticket (reserved seating)
This timeless romp through the animal kingdom features everyone’s favorite veterinarian who talks to the animals. This colorfully costumed show with lively music is suitable for the entire family.
