Existing Single Family: Use of the right of way associated with work at existing single-family properties. May be issued with a single-family addition (BR) permit or as a stand-alone permit. Permitted work under this permit would include driveway reconstruction, fences/walls, trees/vegetation work and other uses that do not involve the construction of a new home.
