Entry Level Police Positions

The Bellevue Police Department is accepting Entry Level Police Officer applications at this time.

Bellevue Police applicants are required to pass a physical agility test, a general aptitude written test, and a video based scenario test through National Testing Network. Based upon the results of National Testing Network scores, applicants will be ranked and selected for an oral board interview. Based on the oral board interview scores, applicants are placed on a civil service eligibility list. Applicants who are ranked high on the civil service list will be selected to undergo a comprehensive pre-employment background investigation. Applicants who successfully pass the pre-employment background investigation may receive a conditional offer of employment. These applicants will then have to pass a full medical exam, a psychological evaluation, and a polygraph examination before employment.
