On May 3, 2010, the City Council approved the 2010 Parks & Open Space System Plan. The links below provide the unformatted plan and maps that were approved. Over the summer, charts, tables, additional maps and images will be added and then published in web-based and print versions. This page will be updated with the final publication when it is ready.

The 2010 Parks & Open Space System Plan involved input from thousands of Bellevue residents and park users.

Public hearing -- On Tuesday, Jan. 12, the Parks & Community Services Board hosted a public hearing on future parks, open space and recreation needs in Bellevue. Public Hearing Notice

Public Opinion Survey -- Approximately 700 Bellevue residents took part in a scientific public opinion poll during the month of September 2009.
Online survey -- A short online survey collected responses between early October and December 20, 2009. Over 1,200 Bellevue park users completed the survey.
Parks & Community Services Blog -- Discuss the future of Bellevue's park and open space system. Available day or night, the blog is a great way to voice your opinion and find out what other people think.
Presentations to neighborhood or community groups -- Local organizations, such as neighborhood associations and sports leagues, discussed Bellevue’s long-range plan for the park system.
Public meetings -- Presentations on the Park Plan update were made to a variety of the city’s commissions, boards and advisory committees.
