The Park Use Guide provides all the information you will need to reserve a park, including fees, information on when to reserve, what to submit and how to submit a request to make a reservation. It also contains important information about park codes and special uses allowed in the parks.

Park Reservation Request Form

Big Toy-Inflatable Request Form:

There is a $25 permit fee per toy.
A Certificate of Insurance from the vendor (if rented) is required. The City of Bellevue must be named as Additional Insured by listing the City of Bellevue, P.O. Box 90012, Bellevue, WA 98009-9012 as Certificate Holder. Minimum amount of General Liability is $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate. A minimum of $500,000 Automobile Liability is required for vehicle access.
If the inflatable or big toy is rented, all vendors must have a City of Bellevue Business License and a Washington State Business License.
These requirements must be met a minimum of 10 business days (14 business days for events open to the public) prior to the event date to be approved.

Outdoor Catering Request Form:

There is a $50 permit fee per caterer.
Caterer is defined as a paid person or company that prepares and/or serves food on site in the park.
Food brought in by the group or delivered by a caterer does not require a permit or fee.
Per BCC 3.43.250 - Alcohol is PROHIBITED in all Bellevue parks.

Park Special Use Supplement Form - if you want to do any of the following:

Have your event open to the public.
Charge admission.
Have vehicle access into the the Downtown Park or Wilburton Hill Park beyond the parking lot (not allowed at any other parks).
Have a stage larger than 4 feet x 4 feet or taller than 12 inches above ground.
Have a tent larger than 400 square feet.
Have a combination of tents with open sides that exceed 700 square feet.
Will need electrical access in the Downtown Park's center lawn.
Sell non-food concessions.
Sell food concessions.
Require a sound permit for your public event.
