Management Fellowship Program
The City of Bellevue is recruiting for its Management Fellowship Program. We are looking for candidates who have recently earned a master's degree and are interested in pursuing a career in municipal government with relevant and meaningful work experience. The program will prepare candidates for a successful career in local government service and allow them to improve the city and benefit the community.
Program Description The successful candidate will work under the supervision of either the City Manager's Office or various city departments. Sample areas of work include:

The program will last approximately two years. The successful candidate will serve in a limited-term assignment with an estimated end date on, or before, two years from start date. While there is no guarantee of continuation of employment with the city after completion of the program, the experience will prepare the individual for other employment opportunities both with the city and with other local public sector agencies.
Education and Experience Requirements Received a master's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Business Administration or other related field from an accredited university within the past two years. Public-sector experience desirable.
