What is the Eastside Arts Partnership Program?
Bellevue provides annual operating funds to arts organizations working either completely or primarily in Bellevue. Arts organizations apply for these funds through the Eastside Arts Partnerships program, which is advised by the Bellevue Arts Commission.

How can my organization apply?
We are no long accepting applications for 2010. If you'd like to be notified when the 2011 application period opens and when other new information appears on this page, click on the gold "Alerts" icon at the top of the column. If you'd like to see the application for this year, you can download the 2010 application from this page using the links below.

My organization was funded in 2009. Where can I get the 2009 final report forms and invoice?
Here they are for you to download. Remember, your final reports are due by November 15th. Funds do not carry over into 2010.

Cultural Compass Goals

Below are final report forms for 2010, and a list of Bellevue Arts Commissioners and Council members. All those receiving EAP funding will need to complete these reports and submit them with their invoices in order to receive their funding. Final reports are due no later than Nov. 2, 2010.
