News Release

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Thursday, February 05, 2009

Users invited to test customer service portal

Be part of the early development of Bellevue's new customer assistance portal. Sign up today to participate in customer usability testing, a structured way of giving us your feedback on our concepts. Your opinion and experience are important in making this an easy-to-use application.

Individual testing/feedback sessions will be scheduled at the end of February and will take place at City Hall. Sessions will last no more than an hour and will require you to perform certain functions on a computer (i.e. search for information, talk about what you see on the computer screen) while staff ask you questions and guide you.

To be considered for participation, call Laurie Leland at 425-452-4366.
