BELLEVUE – Would you like to see Bellevue's Comprehensive Plan changed in some way? The city will accept applications for proposed amendments to the plan through Jan. 31.

The Comprehensive Plan guides the nature and intensity of development in Bellevue. With amendments, the city periodically modifies its land use, development or growth policies.  Plan amendments are legislative acts with broad public participation and discussion.

The City Council considers amendments on an annual basis only, except for emergencies.

You can download an application or obtain one from Permit Processing in Development Services at Bellevue City Hall, 450 110th Ave NE.  For more details about the process and other materials, go to the Comprehensive Plan Amendment page on the city's website.
