Code Amendments -- Building and Fire

PLEASE NOTE:  New 2009 Codes
The City of Bellevue began using a new set of codes for permit applications received after June 30, 2010. Plans and supporting documentation must demonstrate compliance with the new 2009 codes. 

Bellevue's code update indicates where to find the applicable new codes as well as state amendments.
