Police are looking for a man who robbed a woman at gunpoint in her South Bellevue home Friday night.
The woman reported that she and her child pulled into their garage on the 5300 block of 134th Avenue Southeast at 10:10 p.m., Friday, when a man entered the garage through the open garage door, pointed a gun at her and demanded her purse. He took it and fled.
Police dogs were deployed at the scene that night, but they were unable to track the robber.
The woman said the robber was black, approximately 45 years old, with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall and 170 pounds, and he was wearing a black beret, dark sweater, black leather jacket and dark pants. The stolen purse taken was a black and white canvas shoulder bag.
