Businesses and organizations considering installing charging stations for cars at their facilities can learn how at an April 20 workshop at City Hall.

The Puget Sound Clean Cities Coalition will host the free event, 8 a.m. to noon, with a free networking lunch from noon to 1 p.m. Experts will be on hand to answer questions regarding: permitting and electrical requirements, finding and installing the right technology, getting financial or grant support, and options for revenue collection.

Those encouraged to attend include: facilities and building managers; fleet managers; electricians and utilities; sustainability managers; city managers; and parking lot management companies.
