Utilities crew finds body in Lake Washington |
|
A city utilities crew performing maintenance on a pump station in the Newport Shores area Wednesday morning found a man's body floating in Lake Washington. After seeing the body near the end of a dock at 10:10 a.m., the crew called 911. Bellevue police confirmed it was a body floating face down, and investigators and the King County Medical Examiner were called to the scene. The initial examination of the body did not reveal cause or manner of death. Police could not positively identify the body. The body was transported to Seattle for identification by the King County Medical Examiner. |
