Tap and Connection Requests
Please submit tap and connection requests for the City of Bellevue via email using the T & C form, with all required fields filled out (see directions on how to fill out the form below).
Please note that standard turnaround time for tap and connection is two weeks from the day the city receives the completed request form. DO NOT resubmit your request, as this will cause the city to replace your initial request with the new one, which will change the date of receipt and delay your request. There is no rush or expedited service for tap and connection requests.

For final utility bill requests, send a fax to 425-452-7669, Attn: Barb, or email. (Follow-up phone calls may be made to 425-452-4854.)
