Tap and Connection Requests
Please review the Tap and Connection Property Listing to confirm that a property is listed as being in a Tap and Connection Zone. If the property is listed, submit the Tap and Connection request form to the City of Bellevue indicating that “This property is listed in a Tap and Connection Zone” via email as listed on the form. Make sure to fill out the form completely (see directions on how to fill out the form below). If your property is not listed, a T&C Request is no longer required. If your property is not listed, a Tap and Connection Request is no longer required and you may print out the Tap and Connection Letter for your files.
This department does not handle Estimated and Final Utility Bill Requests.
Please note that standard turnaround time for tap and connection is one week from the day the city receives the completed request form. DO NOT resubmit your request, as this will cause the city to replace your initial request with the new one, which will change the date of receipt and delay your request. There is no rush or expedited service for tap and connection requests.
