Anatomy of a 911 call

A man jogging alone in Bellevue Downtown Park staggers to a stop and collapses. A passerby calls 911 and begins CPR.

What happens next is the subject of a compelling video on the November edition of Lake to Lake, a monthly news show produced by Bellevue Television, with assistance from Bellevue College students. The show can be viewed on the city's YouTube channel, on TV on channel 21 or streamed any time from Bellevue TV. Other segments on this month's show include:
